Google Drive data

When you choose Connect Google Drive, Akrient accesses the folders and files your Google account authorizes for the matter workspace. We use this data only to provide visible Akrient features: importing, displaying, searching, analyzing, and creating document work product in that workspace. We store OAuth credentials encrypted and retain imported matter content according to the workspace's retention and deletion settings.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized or foundation AI models. We share data only with subprocessors necessary to provide the requested workspace features, as listed in this Privacy Policy. Disconnecting Drive revokes the Google grant and deletes stored Drive credentials; imported shared matter content is deleted through the matter or account deletion process.

The use of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Subprocessors

We use the following service providers to operate Akrient and provide requested features. Each provider processes information only for the services it supplies to us, subject to applicable contractual safeguards and vendor review:

• Microsoft Azure — application hosting, storage, databases, and operations.
• Fireworks AI — AI model inference and document analysis.
• Google — Google Drive import and write-back when authorized by a user.
• Microsoft — Entra ID authentication and optional SharePoint/OneDrive integrations.
• Cloudflare — DNS, WAF/edge security, and reverse-proxy delivery of site and application traffic in transit.
• Stripe — billing metadata and payment processing.
